All My Paint offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the email address associated with your purchase, or contact All My Paint through the app's support channel and we will help arrange it.

Cancelling your subscription

Cancelling a subscription is different from requesting a refund. When you cancel, renewals stop and you keep access until the end of your current billing period. You can cancel any time from the pricing page or via the Paddle customer portal linked there.
